What are private comments?

Private comments let you start internal conversations within chat windows. Only inbox members can see private comments, making it easy to work within the context of your conversation. Private comments are shown in a separate yellow section, and never visible to external recipients.

To trigger private comments, type or click “@,” then write a team member’s name or multiple team members’ names. Tagged users receive notifications, and can reply directly to you.
